To all sec 1s,
Please take note that the BBQ is not fully sponsored. You all will have to pay for the BBQ. It will be around $5 per person. This is just an estimated figure and we will keep the cost as low as possible, so dun worry. Hahas. There will be a day set aside during these upcoming weeks for you all to come to school to make payment to the sec 2 BBQ ICs.

All sec 2s pls take note,
There will be a meeting this Friday (7th November) in the NPCC room at 2.30pm. All committees are to prepare themselves to brief the rest on their respective plans. All the planning should be done when the whole committee meet up on Friday. Also, in the next 4 days, I would like everyone to think of what objective(s)/ goal(s) that you want to set for the whole committee, besides for the participants' objectives that you all have already set.

Greetings to ALL sec ones!
Please report to school at the NPCC room next Monday (10th November) to pay for the BBQ. Each cadet is required to pay $5.00 to the Admin & Finance IC, Barry. He will be there at 10am to collect the money. ALL sec ones are to report by 10am to make payment.

CONFIRMED DETAILS FOR SECONDARY ONE BARBECUE 2008:
Hellos all sec one cadets!
Here are the information that you all need:
Reporting Time: 9.20am Reporting Attire: PT Kit Reporting Venue: Damai Secondary, HOD (Atrium)
Things to bring:
1 set of Home Clothes/ Casual Wear (Inclusive of footwear, e.g. slippers) ~~ Home clothes should NOT have any offensive printings, and should not expose inappropriate parts of your body. E.g. No tube-top or miniskirt.
1 set of indisposable Fork and Sthingy
1 set of toiletries (Inclusive of undergarment, towel, etc needed for washing up)
1 set of writing materials
1 bottle of water (No capacity specified)
Also, pls refrain from bringing any electronic gadgets like PSP, MP3, MP4, etc. Of course, you may want to bring your watch along to keep track of time, and your mobile phone to contact your parents. However, do note that the sec 2s will be keeping those technologically advanced items till the end of the BBQ. =P

Radio Communications Etiquettes
1. Users should press the Push-To-Talk (PTT) button about 1 second before you speak, and release it about 1 second after you finish speaking.
2. Use a firm, rather monotone voice and speak clearly and slowly at the right volume.
3. When referencing time, use the 24-hour clock to prevent confusion.
To start a conversation (e.g. between Command Post and Group Alpha)
CP: Alpha, Alpha, this is Command Post, over. Alpha: Command Post, Command Post, this is Alpha, send, over. CP: This is Command Post, please report your current location, over. Alpha: This is Alpha, I am currently situated at the 3rd floor, outside the Arts room, over. CP: This is Command Post, roger and out.

hahas... nope... the Radio Communications Etiquette is only relevant for the sec 2s and 3s... It is not needed for you all... so no worries bout it... hahas... =)
