Some of the things that you should do are rather "automatic" ... these are the right things to do. Basically, as leaders and NCOs you should :
1) Know the right things to do (eg, no ear rings for girls when in NPCC Uniform).
2) Do the right things (eg, getting a neat hair cut before putting on NPCC uniform).
3) and making things right (before I know the things have gone wrong) - it is about initiative, for eg, you know that the waste paper basket in NPCC Room is full - why wait for for someone to clear it? ... you be that someone.
You can approach me with your problems (in handling the unit) ... but come, suggesting some solutions too.

Greetings to all Cadet Leaders,
Just feel this urge to say this, hence, it's appearance here.
As a Cadet Leader, and as the name itself suggests, a LEADER, you all should know what are the right things to do, and what are not. I believe rules are not there for nothing. Since you all have been in NPCC for at least 2 full years, basics like being properly attired should be drilled inside each and everyone of you.
A leader should lead by example. Examplary leadership. These two words are clearly understood by all of you as cadet LEADERS out there.
Damai cadet leaders with NPCC crest shirt tucked OUT, be it inside or outside the school compund. Do anyone want to deny this claim? I have seen Damai cadet leaders doing that. So, ask yourself this, do you think that this is being an examplary leader? Action speaks louder than words. You all may know the PICARD. But do you all follow through the values fully? These are things for you all to think about.
