TIME PLAN FOR 29TH DEC
Before 0800Hrs: *Collection of Logistics, and storage of bags*
0800-0830: Admin & Attire Check 0830-0930: Revision of 8 Basic Knots & MOI 0930-1030: PT & MOI 1030-1145: Revision of Advanced Knots & MOI 1145-1200: Debrief
1200-1330: Lunch & *Collection of Logistics*
1330-1530: Lashings 1530-1600: Tent-Pitching 1600-1645: Flagstaff Part 1 1645-1700: Debrief & Dismissal
After 1700Hrs: *Returning of Logistics, and withdrawing of bags*
I will expect all 18 NCOs to follow the timeplan closely, since I've decided to release it here.

DUTY SQUAD
Team 1 will be the in-charge for the COLLECTION OF LOGISTICS, AND STORAGE OF BAGS. ~ All logistics needed for the morning of 29th Dec will be arranged by Team 1 ~ All bags have to be stored in a classroom and whichever logistic is needed, will be arranged by Team 1 ~ Team 1 may look for the Duty Officer (Miss Chew or Mr Tan) to request for the relevant logistics
Team 2 will be the in-charge for the COLLECTION OF LOGISTICS during lunch, and the RETURNING OF LOGISTICS AND WITHDRAWING OF BAGS. ~ All logistics needed for the afternoon of 29th Dec will be arranged by Team 2. ~ All logistics drawn out from the UG Office have to be returned after training, and Team 2 will ensure that this is done so ~ Team 2 will ensure that the classroom for storage of belongings is locked up by 5.30pm latest, and the relevant logistic to be returned to the Duty Officer.
As you all know, the above-mentioned duties are parts of the Unit Policies. 29th Dec will be the day which you all start to practice them as NCO. On 30th Dec, Team 3 and 4 will take over Team 1 & 2 respectively.
Team ICs, pls ensure that your team members are aware of their roles and you may consult me for the logistics to draw.

Duty Squad Team 1 will also be in-charge of Attendance Taking, Pledge Taking, and Attire Check.
This will be the same for Team 3 on 30th Dec.
The logistics needed on 30th Dec will be told to Team 3 & 4 on 29th Dec.
Please note that the Falling-In attire has been changed to FULL-U instead of PT Kit, as stated on the Blog in orange.
